Where do I find my purchase receipt?
For App Store purchases (Stashmark, BrewGuide), receipts are sent by Apple to the email address associated with your Apple ID. You can also find your purchase history in the App Store under your account settings.
Can I get a refund?
For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the app to request a refund. For Gumroad purchases, contact us at [email protected] and we will sort it out.
Do your apps collect any personal data?
No. Every XappNova app processes data entirely on your device. We do not run external servers, we do not track usage, and we do not collect any personal information. Your data stays with you.
Which macOS or iOS version do I need?
Stashmark requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. BrewGuide requires iOS 17 or later. SpeedByGenre works on any desktop browser with Chrome or a Chromium-based browser installed.
Will my data be lost if I delete the app?
For Stashmark, if you have iCloud sync enabled your data is safely stored in your personal iCloud and will restore automatically if you reinstall. If iCloud sync is off, data is stored locally only and will be lost on deletion. BrewGuide stores all profiles locally on your device.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us at [email protected] with a short description of what happened and which app and version you are using. Screenshots or a screen recording are always helpful. We take every bug report seriously.
